1. In 1969, Zibo Chemical Research Institute was incorporated into Zhangdian chemical plant, and ion exchange resin products were added.

4. In 1978, the total number of employees reached 418, and the main products were phosphate fertilizer, feed, insurance powder, 001 × 7 resin, 201 × 7 tree finger, d302 macroporous resin, styrene, etc., realizing the total industrial output value of 5.84 million yuan.
5. In 1980, a new resin workshop was built with self raised funds, which increased the resin production from 300 tons of original annual capacity to over 1000 tons.

8. In October 1991, Feilong ion exchange resin of Zhangdian chemical plant in Shandong Province was awarded the silver quality award, the highest quality award in the resin industry in China.
9. In May, 1993, Zibo East Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.
10. In April, 2003, the company was elected as the director unit of China ion exchange resin industry committee.
11. In 2005, the investment was 12 million yuan, and the whole relocation of anion resin was completed.
12. In March, 2006, Shandong Bluestar East Chemical Co., Ltd. was registered and established by 98% of the investment of Bluestar Group and 2% of the capital contribution of Dongda.
13. In June, 2007, the resin products were relocated as a whole and the new plant was completed in January, 2008.

15. On October 20th, 2009, our products passed the WQA certification of the United States successfully, marking that our water treatment industry products can be sold in the U.S. market.
